the staff was super friendly and helpful!!! the animation team offered great entertainment each night. the food was top class and had loads of choices at each meal.

the rooms are cleaned every other day.

fresh towels clean pool

i stayed for several nights in july. the apartment was cleaned daily with fresh towels. there was a large supermarket conveniently located just five minutes away. the pool area was quite clean. but the restaurant area was kept super clean as well.

i found the air conditioning to be quite effective. the sofa bed however was uncomfortable. it definitely needed some improvement. i had some difficulties with it. but i managed

The one-bedroom apartment included a hairdryer, fridge, and cooker. there was also adequate storage space for unpacking clothes. the tv required a remote which cost €10 with a refundable deposit. This was a minor inconvenience.

hotel staff provided information about the local bus routes and schedules, very helpful. the animation team put on shows. i must say the gentleman at check-in was very helpful with us.

a decent stay

friendly staff animation team small apartment uncomfortable beds

the staff was friendly and efficient there were plenty of activities. the animation team was excellent particularly zaira and rocky they showed so much enthusiasm. activities were in english and other languages it created a nice feel

the apartment was small i think it did not accommodate 4 people well. the kids slept on sofa beds in the lounge area these were small and uncomfortable. cockroaches were on our balcony they tried to get under the apartment door. there was a millipede on the ceiling
